"Clean, comfortable room, peaceful nights sleep. Pillows are uncomfortable though, far too soft. Solo travel so the room was great, but I wouldn’t be happy sharing with the thin glass door bathroom!"

"The main building was so beautiful and grand, it felt soecial just being there. Staff were very nice as well, and the chefs are doing a phenomenal job with the food, absolutely delicious. "

"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful. We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses. Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."
