"The carpet can be better, the room had a musty smell. Overall everything was great! The staff was wonderful!"

La camarista pasa a tocar la puerta muy temprano , debajo de mi cama estaba sucio el piso no limpian bien . Y un tipo muy grosero en la recepción para pedir la clave de wifi y me dijo mal y rápido "

"The location is very good for exploring Roma and Condesa. But, the streets around the hotel are busy and there is quite a bit of noise that could be heard at night. The room had the basics but the extra touches (decorative) that you see in the photos don’t exist. The walls were scuffed in many places. The bed is very firm and the sheets are in need of replacement. Enjoyed the rooftop patio at night. Air conditioning was very effective and quiet."

"Older hotel. AC dost work well. With that said they brought fan that worked good and maintenance staff did everything they could. From check intel check out staff was 100%. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants and food was very good. What makes this average hotel into an excellent hotel is the service in the staff. They’re very well trained and super nice people."
