Excellent location, close to very good restaurants, museums, and centers of interest. Our only complaint would be the bathroom, it is very small, the shower area has no division, with the first person who uses it the floor is completely wet and the glass entrance door does not give privacy.

Staff members are helpful, polite, caring, always attentive to what you need in particular the personnel during breakfast time and the housekeepers. Hotel is very clean. The property is very close to El Zócalo therefore there is a lot of people during the night and the area can be loud, but once inside the hotel is relatively calm. We were in an interior room therefore the outside noise was not heard. The only thing I would say is the conversations or noise from other guests can be heard clearly in the room when they walk the hallways. Its not something than the hotel can really control, I would say if you are a light sleeper then request a room at the end of the hallway. We enjoyed our stay, great location.
