The staff at the front desk was awesome. They checked us in immediately and even helped us print documents in the business center. The staff to clean the rooms could have been more customer focused. Around 9 am we had a knock on the door to see if we needed to have our room serviced. I let the young lady know that we were still sleeping. At 10 am housekeeping knocked on the door again to ask if we were going to get our room serviced that day. So I guess that was our cue to get out of the room if we wanted it cleaned. So my husband told her to just give us 30 minutes and they could come in and clean. They did clean our room and left us with one washcloth to share between the two of us. :-/ Also the tub in our room was not clean at all.
