Hong Kong accommodations are pricey for what you get. Back home Chicago, this price would mean a decent room, but here a $200 room feels less than $100 hotel room. That said, the location is great ā€” close to everything ā€” and the AC and shower worked.

Itā€™s a nice layover spot, central to a lot of things. Many bakeries and coffee shops around. The amenities are an extra charge (towels, locks, etc) but not too expensive. Air conditioned room with one bathroom. The lockers are inside by the beds, pretty cramped for space so itā€™s very difficult to go up or down the bunk bed & open the locker to get your stuff without waking someone. The communal space is nice though! Beautiful overlook of the street.

It was a nice place to stay! The staff was friendly, people there staying is usually backpackers or travelers which was nice to interact! I would say the space is small and so minimalistic but has locker and feel safe.

Enjoyed my stay at the hostel

The dorm rooms were cleaned every day. The bathroom was also cleaned and toilet paper was always available. It was also to meet and make friends with the other travelers and some of the long-term guests.

Easy and very close to access from airport bus station. Staff sent me a message about the directions in advance which was so helpfull.怀It's a little bit far from stations if you use trains. Rooms are narrow but we can stay at the public room comfortably. Bath room is also small but always enough clean.

It is a solid hostel with friendly staff in the center of Hongkong island. Facilities are cleaned daily and the pricing is reasonable. Only the WiFi in the rooms on the 14th floor wasn't working, better get a sim card with enough GB!

This hostel is remarkably affordable for the area, provides many services that make your stay especially as a foreign traveler very convenient. Very close to multiple public transit stations, plenty of excellent food and shopping, as well as sight-seeing spots. Staff is friendly, efficient, and always available to assist. Restrooms and bedrooms are kept clean and maintained daily. I stayed for two weeks and did not have a single complaint

Great staff, location, cost. Ideal layover hostel.

Arrived 2am after a looooooong flight. Email with directions made finding Check Inn easy, 24 hour front desk was super friendly and efficient, room was comfortable. Could've done with a reading light if I was staying longer, but take a head torch. Bathroom was clean, had hot water at good pressure, no issues. Free tea/coffee downstairs in the comfy shared space is a nice touch and I could leave my bag there for free after checking out to explore HK for the day. Thanks Check Inn!
