Their employees are all excellent in their job. The facility is clean. We just felt bad because I reserved a non smoking room but for whatever reason we got a room that allows smoking. The smell of cigarette smoke is a little bit not pleasant; other than that it was a good and pleasant stay. "

"Stayed at Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka with my family and we loved the experience. The room was clean and very spacious. We were there for ten days, so it was very helpful having a washer/dryer to clean our clothes in the room. The staff was so welcoming and friendly our entire stay there. They were very helpful whenever we asked questions or for assistance such as calling a cab. It was a benefit that the staff could communicate with me in English. The hotel in our opinion is in a great location. There was so much options for food as there are tons of restaurants in the area. If you are looking for quick shopping options there is a Don Quiote, a Bic Camera, and Biz Tower nearby. Also there are stations if you are planning to venture out by trains. All of this are in walking distance from the hotel within minutes. Keep this gem of a hotel in mind if you are planning to stay in Akasaka. "
