"We really only stayed a few hours to sleep before the leave for the airport. But, the room and staff were fantastic. Long term parking for our stay as well as free shuttle to the airport were a great advantage. Shuttle left promptly at 4:00 a.m., just as promoted😊"

"We tried to visit the hot tub 6 different times and it was totally full I would not bank on getting to use it. One of the elevators went down while we were there and they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room so they literally could of had someone show up in our room while we weren’t there because it wasn’t booked right. No offers of goodwill to compensate "

"Family trip, the hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled. So that being said the elevator was small and it was very tight for our family and stroller to fit it. Our SUV did not fit in the 6’5” garage and the surface parking was full. We ended up parking across the street behind a bank. I did not like having our SUV off property and having to walk to and from with little kids, luggage, stroller, etc. The staff were great and the Crepe restaurant in the lobby made breakfast fantastic! Overall, I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at a different hotel with breakfast included and parking/garage for all vehicles on property. "
