Overall, a really good hotel. I'd give it 5 stars for cleanliness, it was spotless. The only issue were the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable on one side and definitely needs replacing, and the parking space, which was very small and made parking a bit tricky. The location was great, with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

First time staying and was great for a weekend stay. Rooms were clean and tidy all you need in it too ie iron ect. Food was a little pricey but nice so not really bothered ideal location for town

To be honest the place was immaculate. With a short walk to the town centre. We had to pay for parking which is common in all the hotels and accommodation. We didn’t hear any noise and would definitely recommend coming here. Hopefully we will be back in the near future. Keep up the good work.

A really nice room, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable bed, everything in the room we needed… a fan, hairdryer, iron, kettle; coffee, tea, fridge, decent sized tv and a really lovely modern bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. The host was also very helpful and courteous. Cannot fault this place at all. Thank you Camberley for a lovely weekend.

A lovely position right near the conference centre and friendly staff who are also very helpful. Room was good and the bed firm enough and comfortable. Parking is available but quite tight if there is a few large cars. You are less than 10 minutes walking from the centre of Harrogate and surrounded by good restaurants and drinking bar. I had a very enjoyable time there. 😊

Very helpful staff, got some help in charging the EV in the private parking lot. Room was clean, new bathroom. Opening windows gave some traffic noise, but at night it was way below disturbing level. Just 5 mins away from a choice of restaurants and the shopping area.

The Room was very clean with a well equipped hospitality tray. and a lovely comfortable bed with high end bedding. Kim met us on arrival and was very welcoming and fully explained all relevant facilities including breakfast, parking and access to the building and Room. The Camberley is easy walking distance to Harrogate town and the train station. We will definitley be back next time we are in the area. Thank you Kim for a lovely stay. Jackie & Martin.

The hotel was ok for our 2 night stay. Bed was comfy. Tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer, iron were all good additives. Bathroom toilet was a little small but ok. Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was good. But a bit pricey. Walls a bit thin, guy in next room snoring and we could hear.

On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. Breakfast had to be ordered at booking, but they didn't tell you that at booking, but you could only book breakfast at a time no one else booked. Overall, not very welcoming -- when someone finally showed up to let me it, she simply opened the room door, said the door would lock on its own when closed and left -- didn't show me where bathroom was or where its light was (on a string in the corner), how shower or tv worked, where hair dryer was, or anything else. Never saw her or anyone else again --at check out just left my key in a box. Signs all over pointing out all kinds of extra charges-- breakfast, staying past 11:00am, smoking in the room, if you wanted to leave bags for the day, etc... Don't think I would recommend or go back.
