The kitchen area was clean, with lots of quality appliances and kitchen utensils, beds were very comfortable, the showers, bath and toilets were very clean and modern and in good working order.It's in a great location with lovely views and quick access by car or foot to nearby Kirkby Stephen. The nearby stream/beck provided hours of fun for the 8 year old with us. All in all a lovely holiday experience."

The layout is great and our toddler enjoyed playing in the large lounge and dining area where we could keep an eye on her through the glass windows in the downstairs doors. We appreciated the books for babies and young children and lake district guides for adults. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. "Beautiful, large property with designer level upgrades and decor; kitchen dining and living rooms all spectacular. Four Bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable, three with full en-suite baths. Perfect base for exploring the Lakes District area with dining and shopping options a short walk from the property."
