"Pool was supposed to be heated. It was cold. Water damage on the floor they put us on and there were dehumidifiers in the hall. It smelled awful. The carpets were terribly stained. Will not stay here again. Staff was extremely nice though. Loved the pastry man in the breakfast area. "

"Ocean was nice. Linens were not changed & when I called, they brought them to me & said I could do it. The room & grounds were filthy & there is mold growing on the bathroom wall. I checked out a day early"

"had a glitch @ check in where no rooms were clean. the two wonderful ladies working check in were spot on and were able to get the situation corrected in a timely fashion. "

"This hotel is in the perfect location. The beach is so close and umbrellas and chaise lounges are set up daily for your use. If you want the convenience of the pool, the ocean view is still amazing. Everything is walkable from this hotel with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in both directions. I would recommend it 100%."
