Lots of great food options and activities, along with an amazing beach and pools. Can’t wait till our next trip back!"

"I can't say enough about COCO PALMS! Everything about our stay was beautiful except for chillier weather which no one can control. Nadine was great to work with and communicated very well through every step of the rental process. Tracy, the housekeeper, was so kind and also very helpful. Richard, who provided transportation to and from the hotel was kind, talkative, and very informative. All three were always available to answer any questions or requests while we were vacationing. My husband, I and two friends of ours arrived to celebrate my 50th birthday. Nadine, Tracy and Richard sure made me feel special! The home is stunning and is demonstrated exactly as the photos show in the app. I highly recommend considering COCO PALMS for your next Jamaican Vacation. You will not be disappointed! "

"I recently stayed at North Star Villa, and while the property itself has potential, the experience was dampened by several significant oversights that didn't quite live up to the "luxury" expectations. The Main Issues: The Pool: The biggest disappointment was the pool being out of commission for our entire stay. While we were informed about this, it’s a primary amenity that we were really looking forward to using over the weekend. Having a villa stay without a functional pool definitely takes away from the overall value. Connectivity: The WiFi was incredibly spotty. In this day and age, reliable internet is a baseline requirement, and we found it difficult to stay connected or get any basic tasks done online. Security Concerns: I was quite surprised by the lack of security protocols. I was able to enter the premises without any form of ID confirmation or rigorous check-in process. For a private villa, you expect a much higher level of security and gatekeeping to ensure guest safety. IMPORTANT NOTE: The security had no idea how to locate the villa and it was even clear that he had no idea that said villa existed. Summary: The villa is beautiful, but the lack of maintenance on the pool, poor technical infrastructure, and lax security made for a frustrating stay. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the property has a lot of promise if managed correctly."

"Property has a peaceful vibe- very clean, spacious and lots to do with pool, gazebos, cabanas, covered basketball/tennis court and even a massage room and without equipment. Enjoyed my visit (2nd time here) and definitely plan on returning. Staff is very friendly, polite and the chef operators delicious meals as an added bonus. "

"I stayed with my family while on vacation. The house is incredible, just as the photos, super large spaces and very clean. Our host was super attentive and friendly as well. Its a 10’ drive to the ocho rios center beach. It has a supermarket and gas station nearby as well. "
