I just want a comfortable bed and an ability to change room temperature. I checked into my room last night. The AC was working fine, but was making a SUPER loud noise every ten minutes. The toilet was flushing itself every so often, too. Asked to move rooms and moved to a different one. In that room, the mattress had the LARGEST indentation in it that I've ever seen, like an elephant slept there. I was tired, so I just stayed there and slept in that large hole. Other annoyances: Wi-Fi network did not connect on my laptop. Barely connected on my phone and it was super slow, so don't expect to do any work. There was only decaf coffee in the room, surprisingly, though plenty of free coffee in the morning at breakfast. Redeeming factors were super helpful front desk and great breakfast. Otherwise, I'd avoid this place, too many QC issues."
