The room was cleaned daily, had everything I needed, the staff were Very helpful and friendly. The casino was well maintained. I look forward to returning. It was fun. A nice change of pace.

Rooms in the east tower are very large..bed was comfortable . Only thing I would have changed in the room is that bath tub and shower curtain..walk in shower would make it perfect

It's a bit of a hike into the casino from the parking lot. Also it being a casino you end up walking through the smoking area to get to some of the restaurants. We ate evening meal at Chilis on the property and the food, service and pricing were slow. We ate breakfast at the River Grill on Monday morning and the food took a long time and was really pretty mediocre when it finally came.

I traveled here for business. It was literally the only hotel near where I needed to be. The casino is a little outdated with some older machines, and it is on the small side in my opinion. The staff is friendly. There is an $11.49 "resort fee" PER DAY that is charged that is not made readily available until you show up. There is ample parking. Depending on which tower you stay in, the rooms are outdated. The Cove, which is a 24/7 snack bar, has really good food and the service is fast. This place is just okay and there are other casinos that I prefer over this one. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool and the room were excellent. Staff were great. Our only small complaint is that the games are very expensive. Only 8 50 cent games, and 5 of those were out of commission. However, this is a favorite of ours during the summer months. Will definitely return.

This was amazing and fun. Room was clean had extra blankets/pillows big spacious. Also you steps away from the casino Ate at the Cove, Chillis and breakfast at the grill all was good. Feels very secured with the security guards and you can easily get free fountain drinks and coffee in the casino. Stayed in the east wing. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. The rooms never disappoint. Love the comforters and they even some extra comfy blankets in a drawer. I always feel safe on the property. You even have to swipe your key for the elevators to go up. My only complaint is that there is no microwave in the room, but they do have one for the customers on each floor to use in a little room at the end where the ice and soda machines are. Definitely felt pampered. I forgot to mention the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
