"Tub/ shower area had hair, cleaning supplies left in room, refrig needed to be defrost, alot of ice build up inside refrigerator.Staff not friendly at checkin gave off negative energy, wasnt helpful."

"The shuttle driver was very professional and everything went fast and smooth even through check in. Not many people were staying there because of the new ownership and switch over, but that did not keep the service from being top notch. I had a super quiet room and let me tell you that the workout facility is amazing. They even had a nice spinning bike , which is rare in hotels. And it was actually clean, which, again, gets overlooked in most places. I would definitely stay there again."

"Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different."

"It was so difficult to find a drinking fountain to refill my water bottle. Multiple workers sent me on a bit of a wild goose hunt trying to find one."

"The staff were all friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Just a decent amount of traffic noise due to the freeway and possibly from the main road. Also conveniently located close to downtown."

"It was a nice quick getaway. We had a relaxing time although we accessed few amenities. A lighter blanket would be appreciated. Why must there always be a smothering duvet?! We appreciated the late check out."
