Everything feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. What truly made the experience special was the staff and service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. My wife was especially touched by the thoughtful gestures shown to our toddler son—surprising him with a gingerbread man cookie and a small Christmas gingerbread-scented wax ornament. These little details made us feel truly welcomed as a family. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and exceptional, heartfelt hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it."

"We really liked this place and it saved us hundreds over the resort hotels linked to Mack. The only downside for us was the bed. It was hard. Not firm. Hard. But the location was fantastic, staff was friendly and breakfast was delish. "

"The room and breakfast was amazing. The location is great and an easy walk to the Christmas markets if you are in town for that. It is also a 5 minute walk from the train station which is a huge bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel for location and friendly staff "
