The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, especially front desk. Pool area is a very nice place to chill out after a day of exploring. They even serve a lovely afternoon tea snack by the pool. The room was lovely, with so much room to move and great central spot for walking everywhere in George Town.

Beautiful historic building in the heart of the old town that’s been restored really well. Joyce on reception really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Drinks in the bar and dinner in the hotel restaurant outstanding. Service with a smile throughout the hotel. Highly recommend.

Had a truly wonderful experience. The room was lovely and beautifully designed with elegant antique furniture that gave the space so much character and warmth. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay. They were attentive friendly and genuinely caring. The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner and clearly prepared with great attention to quality and detail. Overall it was a memorable stay and I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Excellent and spacious hotel rooms, comfortable king bed and great pillows. Very traditional decor which we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good, afternoon tea by the pool was nice, the bar area great and the restaurant at the hotel was amazing definitely worth eating there

My few days at Seven Terraces figure as one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff are wonderfully friendly, attentive, caring, and helpful. The facilities are beautiful. Someday when I return to Penang, I will look to stay here again first.
