"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Chambre vue sur la mer était magnifique. Toutefois en laissant les portes ouvertes le bruit de la Promenade des Anglais m'a dérangé. Une fois les portes fermées le silence est parfait. Petit déjeuner délicieux et assez complet. Proximité du vieux Nice est un point très positif. Je recommande."
