The room I was placed in had dirty floors, the room I booked on Expedia wasn’t even what I got. Paying for parking too is also a strike. The staff was very helpful, nothing on them, but the cleanliness and parking is a major strike.

The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic but it went downhill from there. The. shower head was like a pressure washer and all scaled up so it was challenging to adjust, The tub wouldn’t drain properly for your standing in water when you showered. The toilet was disconnected from the floor so it leaked when flushed and we found a dirty fake nail left on the floor of our room. these were just the issues with the room. No pool towels were available when we used the pool after check-in, which makes sense as the pool was busy, but when i asked the front desk for towels for my family of 4 they said they were only allowed to give out 2 towels so we were forced to share. Over all, not impressed with this location and not the double tree standard we are used to.

Un membre du personnel a fait une crise à mon égard parce qu’il a mal interprété ce que je disais (avec un mauvais anglais). Ni lui, ni le manager n’ont voulu entendre ma version. Ils m’ont mis dehors avant la fin de ce 2e séjour et ce, même après un premier séjour plutôt long et correct. Ils ont même appelé la police. Jamais je n’y retournerai, ni recommanderai vos établissements.

The staff were very helpful when we needed any assistance. The hotel is located right next to the interstate, but that is where some of the noise pollution comes from if you plan on staying during the weekend. Didn't really explore much of the hotel due to the reason for the stay.

After I had already booked weeks in advance, when I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking! which in fact the parking lot was half full with plenty of vacancy! A paying customer should not have to pay for parking when renting a room. If they are using parking lot for their conference center then their attendees should pay for parking! was not happy about that. Also not sure what you are paying for, for their signs in the parking lot stated they are not responsible for your vehicle, so that indicates to me its park at your own risk but they are charging you to park their? when I booked my room it said nothing about paying extra for parking, and if you don't pay the sign says you will be towed, what a scam.

Love this hotel. I come back here all the time for my staycations. It’s a great price and a location that is close to the beach with great food and drink places near by. Ken at the front has always been super helpful and accommodating.
