Perfect place to stay in Old town

We love staying at this property, it’s a nice walk to Old town, campus, and the river trail. It was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Has everything we needed, perfect place!

This cottage was in a great location, short walk to downtown bars and restaurants, nice neighborhood, place was clean and beautiful. Troy was great to work with. I will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was adorable and had everything we needed. You also couldn't get a better location. A close walk or drive to any location in Fort Collins. I would absolutely recommend!

Amazing location, close to CSU. Quiet and comfy spot. The aesthetic of the rental was adorable. Comfy bed and all the amenities needed. Loved the washer and drier!

Perfect location and accommodation!

Comfortable, clean and contemporary. I enjoyed all of the amenities and design features set in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Close to everything and easy to access. Carriage house weekend

This property was very convenient for a weekend visiting my kid at CSU. I was able to easily walk to most of my destinations around town and campus. Very clean and stocked with all the things I would need for my stay. Host was very helpful and responded to my messages quickly and made sure I had all I needed. Quiet neighborhood,comfortable bed and sheets. I hope this place is available when I come up to visit again. Highly recommend

This is a great place for two people to stay. It's close to Old Town and CSU, and the host is very attentive to your needs. We also loved how clean and well designed the apartment was.
