Although the apartment was nice a clean. It is a shared apartment…. This was not listed in the description. There are no locks on the bathroom doors and no locks on the bedroom doors. There are 3 seperate rooms in this apartment. Therefore you could be staying with random travellers in the other 2 rental rooms without being able to lock your doors. There was supposed to be 1 bathroom assigned to the room I was using but no one followed that and just used whatever bathroom they wanted. After expressing this was not what was posted in the description. There was no refund. I reached out to the host and their response was “it was listed as such” but it wasn’t. Not a safe situation to be in, in my opinion.

The flat is located in the heart of Florence , walking distance from all main attractions. Duomo is exactly opposite the flat and the view is amazing Comfortable beds , really clean and it got everything that you may need for your stay including a coffee machine. The host is really kind and helpful, I can thank him enough for everything

Stay was delightful. Very clean and modern. Not positive if this property is used as a full apt air b&b but there is 1 shared bathroom. Fortunately, we had no one else staying. If you don’t prefer going up stairs do not stay here. There was a total of about 5 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Tough without an elevator. Otherwise, communication was great, they allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout and were very helpful.

The location is amazing the rooms are clean and so is the bathrooms. Too bad there’s no iron to iron clothes after being in a suitcase. Other than that everything is great.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely unacceptable. There was no running water, so showering was impossible, and the bed had no proper sheets—the mattress was exposed and filthy. Worst of all, a stranger walked into my room while I was changing because the hotel gave two guests the same room number. That is a massive safety and privacy violation. The staff showed no concern and offered no solution. This accommodation is unhygienic, unsafe, and should not be listed. Do not stay here. Still waiting to hear back for a refund.

Room was clean and super easy to get into and private despite the shared bathroom. You have a key to your own room. But the staff did not respond to any messages before I arrived, during my stay, and for the checkout processes. I had no instruction to check out. Good location though for travelers
