"Olwen suits is nicely located just opposite LuLu Mall you just need to cross the road for LuLu Mall. It is a small boutique Property which I found neat and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable clean with a nice shower. They also run a restaurant and I had their morning complimentary breakfast which was good and in the evening I took a sandwich which was also well made. Overall an excellent stay. "

"The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges! Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful. "

"I stayed at the Artiste for four nights. The hotel arranged seamless transfer from the airport. All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, booked at the time of booking the room (this made it very good value).  Every meal (in a buffet arrangement) that I had was excellent, the cooks were only to happy to make things to order. All the staff in the restaurant were again extremely helpful and courteous. Of special note was the head chef, Rijo, who took particularly good care of me. The hotel also has good facilities, I used the roof top hotel pool a couple times and was impressed with the size and cleanliness. In fact the entire hotel is well looked after. My room was excellent, enormous with a good view and large shower room. The only downside to the hotel is the location. It takes about a 30 minute taxi ride (400 INR) to get to Fort Kochi and surrounding areas. There isn't much to see around the hotel except that the hotel is part of the Forum Mall which is a large shopping and restaurant complex. You can certainly while away time in all the shops there. "
