Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! "Reception of the said building implied hosting listed was fake or fraud. Told me that the person who was the host was employed over there a year back from now. Same was told to the folks whom I talked to on the phone and then they refunded the amount. Before reaching the place, some queries were raised but the host never replied back to me and the customer support tried to contact the host but the person never reached out either."
