The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. "Didn't get to stay at Hotel due -wanting and putting a search for Seoul, this hotel would be close to 300 kms away from Seoul, this didn't come up in description so therefore i was fully expecting to be staying there. Msg'd Hotels.com and they informed its non refundable and said they would contact Hotel when it was the company's fault for advertising falsely, be careful when dealing with this company, can't say what hotel was like"
