The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! "I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!"

"The buffet breakfast was great. It was a full buffet with eggs and sausages, if you are looking for western cuisine. A combination of western and Korean dishes. We really liked the fresh citrus fruits. The room was fine. The only thing we found was there was not a lot of room for your luggage. We left them on the floor which really wasn’t a hardship. It just would have been nice to have a bench for them. I would return here. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There is a subway station within 5-7 minutes walk. The subway here is easy to use."
