"I was unable to access the fitness center with my card and the employees had me running all over the building and I was told security would let me in and they never came. The front desk lady who checked us in was rude. Also the room was exceptionally dirty especially the bathroom mainly the surround was filled with grime and dirt. The place had a horrible stench and foul kdir. The main part of the hotel smells like piss and cigarettes. We won't be coming back. "

"I got the room super last minute, and was able to check in pretty fast. The fridge in the room went out on us, and technicians came within a few minutes to get it running again. It was pretty chill, even though I didn’t use all the amenities; I’d definitely come back."
