Every time I come visit family in Dumas, this is where I stay! The staff is great, the property is clean, and the rooms are clean and quiet! The housekeeping staff is amazing too!

Super-helpful—put us on the first floor, which was very important to us—made arrangements for reservation for our return trip, and discounted the initially-quoted high price a little—Priscilla (front desk) was especially helpful! Excellent breakfast well!

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is very outdated. Has no air conditioning. Hallways smell awful. Couch and chairs are old, wore out, and stained. There were crumbs the couch bed. Furniture is very worn. No hot tub. Pool is cloudy.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked me in very quickly and when we used MDT to determine when to go down for breakfast, they were very helpful and unphased by the fact that we arrived at 9:30 when they officially stopped serving at 9 am.
