We loved this hotel! Simple and efficient yet very modern and beautiful. It was close to everything we needed, and right near downtown. The room was perfect with very thoughtful design and amenities. Also the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
Central location within walking distance of all tours and activities. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. Rooms are small, but the apartment-style setup with kitchenette was useful for stocking snacks. Clean rooms, convenient for a week-long stay, and the neighborhood felt safe. The location to everything was exceptional.
The location is very good. Our room was clean and had a great supply of dishes and teas and coffee. Our only problem was that our room didn’t cool down, but the staff took care of it by giving us a new room. The WiFi was very strong. I recommend this hotel.
Location wise we were a few minutes walking distance of Trinity college and an easy walk to O’Connell street (15 min). There is a Tesco Express a half block to pick up supplies for the stay.
The 1 bedroom with the pullout sofa worked out great for our family of 4. The sofa bed has two twin beds so the kids felt like they had their own space instead of sharing a bed. We had air conditioning, which was much appreciated as we had unseasonably hot weather.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had no complaints.
Really good staff, we had to wait (only a short while) for our room and for that we were given two free drinks and a free breakfast each. Didn't expect anything.
Bed was comfortable, didn't like the refrigerator had to have a switch to turn it on. Therefore, we didn't have any cold drinks. Everything electric had a switch which was a new one for us. Great location
We had a great time at this hotel! Check in was quick and easy, the first room we were put in had an issue with the a/c but we were moved immediately. The room was clean and had all we needed to use the small kitchenette included, noting a small Tesco Express at the end of the street for essentials. Blackout curtains were fantastic and the property was quiet and well maintained. Really liked to eco friendly aspects of the hotel including motion sensor lights in hallways. We were able to leave our bags for a few days at no charge while we did a bus tour for a few days. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
Wonderfully located, with a Tesco right next door and two train stations, bus stops, meeting points, and the Temple Bar area all within a 10-minute walk. The room was clean, sunny, and quiet, and having a fridge was a nice bonus. Both the staff and fellow guests were genuinely friendly. Felt safe throughout the stay.
Laundry facilities! Great bed, staff were ALL excellent.
Convenient location, quiet, the block the hotel is on is dark, not a terrific neighborhood, but had no problems.
I would stay there again.
A homey, relaxed, friendly atmosphere
Fabulous staff, had everything we needed! It was my birthday and received treats on arrival it really made my day! Would definitely book to stay here again if came to Dublin. Nice quiet area but close enough to temple bar if wanting to party!
Great location, able to walk in different directions to a variety of locations easily.
Spotless, quiet and comfortable.
Able to leave bags at desk when checking in and out of designated times.
Tesco Express at the end of the road was also very convenient.
Would recommend.
The location is excellent, and the hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. However, the rooms are extremely small. The shower had great water pressure, but the drainage in both the shower and the sink was poor.
The bathroom sink was also unusually small. If you’re anything other than petite, be prepared for a tight fit, and it’s difficult to avoid getting water outside the shower area or the sink. While the hotel has many positives, the room and bathroom size may be a significant drawback for some guests.
Absolutely perfect room, clean, fresh and the bathroom was spot on for a wheelchair user - grab rails in all the right places which is hard to find but made my stay here a breeze. Only issue is no nearby parking especially for disabled.
