The room and facilities are fine. The in-house staff were happy to help and useful. It's their telephone base staff that I spoke with prior to my trip that were a real let down for the Novotel and Accor. Rude, inhospitable and unhelpful. The location is near the Devonport mall and a few cafe's nearby. Good for a day after getting off the ship (spirit of tasmania). Right near the Devonport to Launceston bus link.

A modern hôtel with a great bathroom facilities and a very good bed. The fridge is a little small but not a big issue. The AC was a bit of a mystery with the room warming up during the night - I should have inquired about this occurrence. The food in the restaurant was very good. Avoid the automatic coffee machine at breakfast- not great. Overall, despite the above comments, I was very happy with this hotel.
