I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Last day of stay. Elevator stopped working. We were on the 3rd floor and being seniors, We had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. They did not offer to help us. What if we had fallen. All they said, we're sorry they had called maintenance. Didn't ask if we needed help."

"A fantastic home on a quiet lake! The location was perfect, the cleanliness was superb, the house had everything we were looking for to make it a great weekend getaway! Cannot thank the host enough for a flexible check in time, it was the cherry on top of the whole experience!"

"Room and guest spaces like breakfast area and hallways were clean. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet property, conveniently next to highway. The amenities in the room were of medium to low quality - ripped towels, uncomfortable bedlinens and fitted sheet that kept popping off the bed, polyester coverings that were really warm to sleep in, sunken in mattress... air conditioner was decent but not great. Slept poorly both nights because the bed was just uncomfortably warm and the AC did not adequately cool the room. Breakfast on Saturday morning was decent but lackluster. Better stocked on Sunday. There was a lack of professionally dressed and pleasant workers stocking the breakfast area."

"Only 1 bar tender, no wait staff in bar/restaurant. I was charged a ridiculous $45 resort fee. They took free coffee out of the lobby, and now they have a coffee bar service that is very slow "
