"The lack of helpfulness from the staff was honestly shocking. There was an incredibly long line at the front check-in desk, while a manager slowly wandered around instead of stepping in to help. And it was clear we weren’t the only ones frustrated. While waiting to check in, we overheard multiple guests complaining that their rooms still weren’t ready. That pretty much summed up the experience. I also couldn’t get through to the front desk when we needed basic items like hand soap, and when we returned to our room at 3:30 PM, it still hadn’t been cleaned. Unfortunately, the issues just kept adding up throughout our stay."

"The staff here is exceptional. Always very helpful and pleasant. Miguel in the breakfast room was a standout. I would have liked to see some rotating breakfast options as we were offered scrambled eggs and sausage every day for a week. Also the cable weight machine was broken in a highly used gym, so it could get crowded."

"It was very warm upstairs, the air did not work well. There was a musty smell in the room and hallway. Our room was extremely small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways it was so close to the wall. You need to walk down about six steps with your luggage to get to the elevator which us difficult when you are older and have packed for a cruise. We were there four years ago and it was a much nicer room."

"Pretty much a nice hotel like many near airports. Good complimentary breakfast in an area with plenty of seating. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a short 5-7 minute drive in the shuttle to the SeaTac departure area."
