"Staff tried to be helpful. Mr. Anirudh Singh from wellness center was polite, helpful and accommodating.
Front desk staff was less than mediocre. Disorganized.
Check out was cumbersome. There were beer charges and other items on my bill that I had not used or ordered. Checkout manager tried to help but his boss was unreasonable and unprofessional.
Older hotel. Not kept well. Tub could not hold water. Other minor items didn’t work well. "

"Great hotel, it lacks character and is not a luxury hotel but it has all the things you would need and is well located out of the hectic city centre yet within easy reach of it.
We loved the pool area and the breakfast was nice.
Would recommend for anyone visiting Varanasi, I think having the pool really makes it!"
