"I was disappointed by the quality of this stay based on the ratings on Expedia. Having stayed on other properties with the same ratings in Turks previously, the amenities and food were a bit of a let-down. "

"The property was great and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. We had an ocean front room but we could barely see the ocean plus we were on the first floor so we saw more green than anything. Would definitely go back but highly recommended a top floor with ocean view room. The other thing that would be great is if the property had some music a couple nights a week. There isn’t much to do in the evening besides dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Service was exceptional ( shout out to Latoya, our breakfast server that treated our group like queens). welcoming , not stuffy. Hotel was gorgeous , beach clean with fun activities for all . Only downside was the Lady Grace catamaran cruise didn't have enough supplies ( food) for the excursion . "
