"Amenities, knowing weather is cold this vacation was to go and enjoy the heated pool but unfortunately it wasn’t giving asking staff multiple times saying that they informed the maintenance and they will take care of it."

"Overall experience is very good starting from quick and rapid check in to accomodation, very helpfull friendly staff, rooms in a fair condition not too good but not bad at all, rooms are well equibed, well furnished, view is great, pool is fantastic, food is delicious and have a good varaiety, however mantianance work all around is a little bet disturbing, also presence of oil wax (شحم) all along the beach is very annoying, frustrating and disappointing, aside from this the shore is rocky so it would be better if you have a slippers"
