"As you pull up to the Hotel you will be impressed with the building. Reception staff were welcoming and check-in was completed without any issues. We had two rooms booked, our room was old, but tastefully decorated, but the “kids” were not so impressed thir room was an overload of wood décor and just not to the taste of youth I guess. Once settled we retired to the bar, and the reception staff act a bar staff, once again excellent service and my wife commented on the Limoncello Spritz,...

"Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "

"Bit older interior but rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast is continental but did not like the quality. Good parking space and free. Bit far from the centre and no restaurants close by. Compared to Swedish hotels it was clearly more expensive, especially compared to quality. "
