"Clean well appointed rooms. We were not aware there was no restaurant but friendly staff helped us out with food from the self serve area. A bit expensive for a self serve hotel."

"Breakfast was excellent. Making up of the rooms was so so. Did not clean up the dirty dishes and give us clean ones. But on the whole the stay was great. "

"I stayed in the Spike cabin number 7.It was awesome. I really want to thank Pinewood Team for their service and cleanliness. The room, kitchen and washroom was neat and tidy. Their housekeeping team needs to be appreciated for the amazing job. I will strongely recommend Pinewood for its cleanliness, prime location which is 5-10 minute walk to CBD and Gondola and value for money. "The property was on poor repair and shape. It looked like it was forgotten and just opened for a few weeks. Over grown plants and weeds. The view of the lake and clean sheets and towels were there only saving grace. The staff did the best they could given the condition the the motel. "
