"The first person who greeted me late at night was very helpful. When I got to my room, the cleaning staff had left a window open and wind was blowing in. The taxi I called for the next day to get back to the airport never came, but the receptionist arranged for me to go the airport with someone working there. A nearby hotel where I have stayed before (which I would have booked if it were available) did not charge to use their geothermal heated pool, which was nice to use the morning before going...
