"Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. On check-in, we requested a bathtub and the staff accommodated our request."

"They need to fix the spa in the room. Switch is messed up. Best they do is say that it work fine before. Same problem with it with the last time I stayed in that room. "

"The age of the hotel is showing. Renos are underway (you could hear and see construction), but when booking through hotels.com, we received an older room. It was extremely worn. Holes in walls, carpet ripped, blood stain down the mattress, cabinet doors missing from hinges. Very used and abused. The patio door didn’t seal properly, so you couldn’t sleep past 7 AM with the ongoing traffic. The blinds wouldn’t fully close and the valance was missing so the sun also streamed in the room very early. Not really worth $260/night. We enjoyed the pool and it’s nice to see that will be getting renovated soon too. The place hasn’t changed in 20 years otherwise, so definitely due! Overall decent getaway but for the price would have expected more than a badly beat up room. "

"The pool area is in need of some upkeep. The hot tub did not work properly. Our room was sooo hot that it wasnt comfortable to sleep and we were unable to adjust the temp. The staff was amazing and everything was clean."

"The loction was great and the room was clean,but only 1 of 3 elevators was working.Being on the 15th floor that was a big inconveinience.They didn’t even put a sign on one.The hot tub was nlt much warmer than the pool,for sure colder than an average bath,and the jets were so strong the water from the hot tub was being thrown into the pool.The mens change room was closed becuase the toilet wasn’t working.Could have at least let them use it as a change room.I had a ma bring his daughter into the womens change room to use the bathroom,thank God I opted to change in the bathroom stall and not just in the room itself.Overall not worrh the money I spent to have access to a hot tub.I could have gotten a way less expensive room elsewhere that was just as clean.Do not recommend."
