Hotel with a Concierge in San Luis Potosi from AED 160

"The condition of the room was far below my expectations. The carpet was worn and dirty, the towels were old and ragged, basic amenities were lacking: there were no shampoo and conditioner. We asked if we could our rooms for a double bed and we were told we couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia, to matters worst on the last day, there was a leak in the bathroom. Finally they were able to accommodate our initial request, for this reasons I would not recommend this hotel."

"General speaking The hotel is in good condition. But we were unlucky because the shower water was cold not warm enough. On the other hand the gym is not well maintained and not enough equipment and accesories."
