"Overall Ocean Coral Springs was a nice resort with some disappointing dining. I did find the food situation a little strange for someone who is gluten free. Markings were not consistent on the menu. There were some things that were marked as gluten free that clearly were not and vice versa. Also, lunch has limited availability unless you are looking for burgers. Kind of felt disappointed in this for a 5 star resort. The other irritating thing was the lack of ingredients at restaurants and bars. Fpr instance a mojito isn't that great without mint and the crab salad was actually shrimp. Definitely recommend the privilege level of room. The butler service was outstanding and the extra privilege restaurant and reserved areas at the beach and pool (along with service directly to your beach lounge) was really worth the extra. Our butlers, Ashdaine and Joe-Marie were fantastic. Privilege is also the only way to get reservations at some of the restaurants. The beach was definitely man made but functional, especially on the privilege side where it was much deeper and way less seaweed. Pool was great and huge. Our ocean front room was great. Highly recommend a second floor room. You get a nice balcony but not very many stairs to climb."
