"Room walls had visible stains, possibly from water damage. Otherwise clean. I requested to book a massage at their sister property, but the front desk never called back to confirm despite stating they would do so. I had to carry the luggage up and down on my own, which made me wonder what the doorman’s role was. Obviously, he wasn’t there to greet customers either.
