All-inclusive Hotel in Petén from AED 301

"I was placed in a completely different room, not given enough towels. When I went to the front desk to complain about it I was not told they would switch my rooms as they gave me the wrong room, but they never called me back after I went out to explore the town. I called a couple of hours later they did not want to switch my rooms or give me a compensation for giving me the incorrect room. They stated the room I originally booked was under repair due to the water but I was not told before they switched me to a smaller room"

"Incredible location for exploring Tikal, if you want to walk around by yourself and not be stuck with the times of a tour from Flores or stuck with a tour group this is your place. We had the park almost to ourselves doing it this way! Hotel is nice just don’t expect anything from the food, it is poor quality and they burnt my plantain then next day it was undercooked. Still worth it for Tikal though"
