"I had an excellent stay. Checkin was easy and fast, facilities were great an staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe some room to improve with the breakfast selection but otherwise a great experience. "

"Positives: Friendly staff, perfect location between downtown Hirtshals and the Smyril line ferry Negatives: Ants in the room (pre ferry), smell of sewage in room (post ferry). Breakfast is small."

"Room was clean, no conplains about staff, they were all helpfull. Breakfast was average not a big selection. A lot of the pictures that was advertised by Hotels.com were the pictures of the surrounding are not the hotel itself so they can be a bit misleading. It was too hot in my room."

"The free WiFi worked well. There isn't really a restaurant, but the staff suggesting easy to reach local venues. The room was very clean and tidy with a coffee pod machine. There was no kettle for tea. Be warned that sites and restaurants are often closed Mondays. Breakfast was amazing with loads of options for any diet. "
