"Wouldn't recommend if your with a family. Staff are the one saving part of this hotel they are nic, mostly. The hotel itself is a motel, which Is fine it's just not a place you want to have your kids. "

"Nice place, room, good staff service for the most part. SUPER expensive though so be prepared to spend about an extra $500/day for 2 people to eat and drink. Couldn’t have a meal for less than $100. Some great food but overall it was just ok. "

"I was disappointed about how much they charge everyday for food, towels, drinks, etc. The food was terrible."

"Impressive place; our room had a great view, both of the ocean and of the resort grounds, which included outdoor pools full of marine life. The water park was fabulous. Our kids said it was the coolest place they had ever visited. We did wish that our balcony was a bit bigger."

"The pool was small and without sun for most of the day. The beach, the people that worked there didn’t really help you find a place with an umbrella. And the food in the restaurant that you were basically forced to eat because none of the other restaurants were available because you could not get reservation, the food heated from the day before. I thought I got an ocean view in my room however it was a partial view and down below was a construction zone. Now going to the Bahamas or Rui resort."

"Great food is all I gotta say. For some reason nobody swam in the pools here. They all just say around. Even though the pools were nice. Bang for the buck overall."
