Staff was attentive and kind - Rafael and Gianfranco went out of their way to help us celebrate a birthday. The rooms were clean, the spa treatments were great, and the restaurant food was delicious. "All the employees are kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruits, local juices and wellness / detox juices, cheeses, ham, Ecuadorian hot dishes and sides like yuca and chia pancakes, made-to-order omelettes, breads, and excellent coffee. The dinner menu is equally varied and delicious. My room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle was remarkable, waited an hour for my late flight. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The town is small and the locals are friendly. This is my 4th time to stay here and I hope to return !"

"The one night stay was really good! the room is modern with awesome coffee maker. The only complaint was being the hotel is near the airport, if a room is available, we should be able to check in. We showed up at Noon, we have to wait few hours till check in time. We were not able to rest for the following flight that leave 6am. We have to check out 3 hours early for international flight :("
