Pet-friendly Hotels in Mbale from AED 96

"Hotel itself was clean, staff could do with some training but very friendly, music was too loud by the pool and breakfast was poor, unless your from Africa and like chicken and potatoes for breakfast but there was eggs and toast so didn’t go without, good hotels are hard to find in this area so all in all it was ok"

"This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!"

"The hotel and the staff are very good. They do a good job of taking care of you and making you comfortable. The problem is that we made a paid & guaranteed reservation and when we arrived they had no record of the reservation. We had to find a different hotel because they were fully booked. That place did not work out and we had to find yet another hotel, which again did not work out because it was located next to a very loud lounge at night. We ended up back at the Dream Palace a few days...
