La chambre trĂšs humide (l'eau coule a l'intĂ©rieur des fenĂȘtres, salle de bain triste Ă  remoderniser ! miroir Ă  revoir trĂšs dĂ©gradĂ© ! l'humiditĂ© encore ! petit dĂ©jeunĂ© trĂšs bien, diner bien mais cher ! le personnel est trĂšs bien ! spa agrĂ©able ....

"When we entered the room, there was an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. The smell was so severe that it was impossible for us to stay in the room. And the sofa for bed was too dirty even I didn't even want to sit down. Because of this issue, we had to leave immediately and book another hotel for the night. This caused us significant inconvenience and additional expense. We kindly request a full refund for this reservation. Please review this matter as soon as possible."
