"The swimming pool was the best. I loved the fact it was heated. Unfortunately, I we woke up in the morning to a bathroom filled with tiny ants that were all over the bathroom sink. I did make them aware but the staff did not seem to care. My husband and I celebrated our 21st anniversary and they are the most expensive. We have stayed at Ritz Apart, the Atix, and a couple others. I just feel this place was a bit too pricey. But my husband told me not to compare it to the US hotels. I think I...

The hotel never responded though the Expedia messaging system but did answer my phone call and were very communicative through WhatsApp. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are very large with loads of closet space. My room had a great view of the mountains! This is an older hotel, so the AC was a bit louder than it would have been had the equipment been new.
