"Stayed here 1 night for a concert in Indy. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and large my room was. Had absolutely zero complaints. Will definitely look into this property again when staying down there. "

"The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. There was no fan in the bathroom. The shampoo and soap was barely enough for one person, not the two in the reservation. The shower pressure was a sprinkler. When I booked the room my reservation was quoted with taxes as $179 for one night. When I checked in I was charged a $100 deposit. Making the one night stay $279 for one night. We could have stayed closer to our event for less than what we were charged. The $100 deposit was not mentioned in our reservation. While the hotel was decent, it was not $279 decent. "

"Lots of walking from the front desk to the hotel elevators. Hotel was clean and convenient. Would stay again."

"Great stay. Comfortable beds and clean. Only minor complaint was lack of hot water for showers. Water was warm at best. Came in contact with little staff members, but those we did were pleasant."

"The breakfast was limited. Not many options. The elevators wasn’t operating and only 2 entrances was working, Main lobby and one side door. The room wasn’t very clean and the mattress had stains on them. The lobby was clean and inviting. "

"I loved everything about this hotel! Great location, plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby! Easy access to highway etc! I was also staying with my Service Dog and they couldn’t have been kinder or friendlier! From the front doorman to the reception staff. The waitress who brought my food that one evening everyone was so incredibly kind. They also were so respectful of Wrangler and had such great questions. Our room was awesome he loved his treats see photos! My only complaint was the TV which kept glitching and I just gave up trying to watch something on it. The bed was comfortable and welcoming after the days I spent exploring Fishers and Downtown Carmel. I had a charity event and frankly wish I could have sampled more of the food in the Hotel. I enjoyed Provisions ordering the Tuna tartar as a meal even though it was an app, the salad with the crunch onion and peas and the strawberry shortcake. It was all excellent! I’ll be back to Indianapolis again as my SD was trained here at Medical Mutts and this will definitely be my choice to stay at again ! Thank you for such a lovely stay! Paula & Wrangler"
