"Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day."

"1. die Sprachverständigung ging weder in deutsch noch in englisch, 2. die Rezeption war ca. 90% unbesetzt, zuletzt lag ein Zettel mit einer Tel.-Nummer am Tresen... man war aber im Biergarten mit den anderen Angestellten rauchen!!! 3. die ganze Woche hat der Aufzug gesponnen... es gab alle erdenklichen Störszenarien (Einzelheiten auf Anfrage) am Vorabend der Abreise musste ich noch eine Personenbefreiung machen, weil er einfach stehen blieb.
