"Both pools were very nice. It was a little tricky finding a place if you waited too long to put your towel down, but we always found somewhere. Location was great. Extremely friendly staff. Great start thing right from shore. You can book all your extra amenities from the hotel itself. It would have been cheaper but we booked ours ahead of time. He would definitely stay again"

Specifically, the bread and pizza options felt repetitive and stale, and the salad bar was often depleted without timely refills. Guests were looking to let loose, but the vibe fell flat 🙁. One night of entertainment isn't enough – live music or shows can really make the experience. On the bright side, the beach was stunning and truly relaxing 😊. "Two mornings in row very little hot water then to get that had to run 100 gals down drain. I get started early may have been part of it. They have spent a ton of money on facility it seemed very clean and the grounds were very well kept. Breakfast is outstanding with a bit of variety every day, entire staff was very helpful and friendly. All and all if i have to return to san pedro sula i would likely stay there again. "

"The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. They could never answer any of our questions and they did not know anything about the events happening at the resort. I think the reception desk should be the go to, to get your questions answered. There were a couple of staff members trying to get people involved over the week with yoga, zumba, etc. but there was very little participation. The nightly music was not the best. If you want good music, travel down the beach to the other resorts. They had some really good music. "

"The staff here are so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. We liked how it was away from the noise of West Bay, but still on the beach and a few minute walk to small stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great cocktails at the bar and yummy food at the restaurant. The pool is very shallow - suitable for young children. This is a laid back place with everything you need- not a fancy 5 star resort. But it is clean, comfortable, safe and on the sea. Great home base for exploring Roatan. "
